About Satauna
Satauna Howery has been behind a microphone, a keyboard, or a mixing board for most of her life.
A fulltime voice actor since 2013, she has voiced everything from medical and technical narration to some decidedly less predictable roles—including a Russian fortune teller teaching teenagers about budgeting, a U.S. National Guard drill sergeant, and “The Voice of Goddess” at Tampa International Airport.
Her work spans commercials, corporate narration, medical and technical content, eLearning, IVR and on-hold messaging, explainers, government projects, and audio description—including all nine seasons of Seinfeld. She also earned a Voice Arts Award from the Society of Voice Arts and Sciences.
Long before voiceover became her profession, music was already a constant. Satauna has been playing keyboards, singing, writing music, recording, and generally geeking out over audio since childhood. That lifelong fascination with both performance and what happens behind the mixing board still informs the way she works today.
